What Does Our Policy Cover?
- Products matching your uploaded artwork and specifications.
- Accurate quantities as ordered.

However, please note that our policy does not cover issues outside our control, such as:
- Delivery delays or damages caused by couriers.
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts or refused shipments.
Refund and Reprint Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, we'll reprint it free of charge. Photo evidence may be required.
Order Discrepancies
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, let us know, and we'll investigate. Refunds, credits, or reprints may be offered depending on the findings.
Delivery Delays
If a Rush or Express order is delivered late, we'll refund the shipping cost upon request. (Note: Delivery delays caused by couriers are excluded.)
Proof Approval Process
We'll send you a digital proof of your artwork within 24 business hours for your approval. A prompt response helps us process your order faster and ensures timely printing and shipping. If we don't receive your approval within 3–5 business days, we will proceed with printing and shipping your stickers as originally submitted. Please note that any errors in the final product will be your responsibility if the proof is not approved.
